The aim of this sym­po­sium is to pre­sent novel con­tri­bu­tions in the form of tu­to­ri­als, panel dis­cus­sions, keynote speeches, tech­ni­cal pa­pers, posters and test­bed im­ple­men­ta­tions. ISWCS'11 seeks to ad­dress and cap­ture highly in­no­v­a­tive and state-of-the-art re­search from acad­e­mia, the wire­less in­dus­try and stan­dard­iza­tion bod­ies. The scope of the con­fer­ence in­cludes a wide range of tech­ni­cal chal­lenges en­com­pass­ing wire­less com­mu­ni­ca­tions, qual­ity of ser­vice sup­port, wire­less net­work­ing, sig­nal pro­cess­ing, cross­layer air in­ter­face de­sign, wire­less broad­band ac­cess and co­op­er­a­tive com­mu­ni­ca­tion.

Paper Submission Guidelines

Ac­cep­tance will be based on full pa­pers. Ac­cepted and reg­is­tered pa­pers will be pub­lished in the con­fer­ence pro­ceed­ings and in IEEE Xplore. Pa­pers must be sub­mit­ted via EDAS by May 30, 2011. Sub­mis­sion guide­lines can be found here.

Special Sessions

Pro­pos­als for spe­cial ses­sions should pro­vide a 200 word sum­mary and the de­tails of the in­vited pa­pers.
